FABRICATE
Cardennelle cabinetry has developed a meticulous process to fine wood cabinetry and counter tops. Our process involves production woodworking machinery and talented wood industry professionals of whom are committed to unrivaled attention to detail. Once fabrication has been finished in the difference phases of the manufacturing, a ridged quality control is applied to remote a perfectly crafted product. The fabrication process consists of milling roughs own hardwood down to precise excursions. Then from there is cut to length and shaped accordingly. Prior to finish a series of abrasive processes occur, one these are complete the product can then have the wood finish applied.
Cardenelle Cabinetry LLC is a complete wood processing and Fabrication company for well-made wood cabinetry and mill work. Our main focus is to manufacture and (semi/custom) availability with customizable sizes of units to complete layouts with no fillers. Our staff is arguably some of the finest cabinet shop workers in the region. Many of staff excel in various other forms of woodworking other than just the manufacturer of cabinetry.

FABRICATE PROCESS
The fabrication process begins after a thorough and verified design process. Cardennelle starts fabrication by milling rough/sawn hardwood to Proprietary sizes to accommodate precise specifications to within 1/32”. And from there, the product is cut, shaped, glued and fastened together prior to finish application. Plywood is then cut, bored, and dadoed prior to final assembly. During the entire process a rigid quality control takes place prior to any shipment. The product is thoroughly inspected for defect. The Cardnelle team is committed to manufacturing only the finest products!
